Overview
Located inside the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, this multi-tiered milky white waterfall gushes down from a height of 310 metres, making it India’s fifth-highest waterfall. It is at its maximum glory just after the rains.
What To Expect?
Rent a bike, pack yourself some snacks, download an offline map of the route and go exploring through Goa and the Western Ghats to reach Dudhsagar Waterfalls. You have to trek the last 2 kms to reach the lake formed by the waterfall. Don't forget to take a dip!
Tips
The terrain can be a little rough, so this is recommended for those who don't mind some adventure.
The waterfalls are closed during the months of June, July and August due to the monsoons.
Carry your swimwear if you're planning to go for a swim under the waterfall.
